If you have an unused telescope that is just collecting dust please consider donating it to the BBAA. We do numerous outreach events throughout the year at local schools, city parks, and other locations and will find a use for your telescope. Depending on how easy the scope is to operate we could donate it to a child who shows interest in astronomy, donate to a local school astronomy club, or just use it at one of our various outreach events.

The Back Bay Amateur Astronomers, Inc. are a 501(c)(3) organization and donations to us are tax deductible as charitable donations on the donor's federal income tax return.
