The registration fee is for observers ONLY and it covers:

• Admission to the star party
• Observing privileges on the field
• Camping privileges on the field
• Saturday afternoon cookout
• Bottomless coffee
• Access to Kent Blackwell's wit and charm

The registration fee covers the entire duration of the star party from Thursday through Sunday at noon. Your significant other is NOT required to pay the registration fee if they are just attending with you. If they (or other guests you may have with you) would like to partake in the Saturday cookout then you can pay for that when you register Children eat free. Children under the age of 18 do not need to register whether they are observers or not.

If you prefer to send in your registration fee by mail you can send it to the address at the bottom of the page. Please include your name and e-mail address.

Pre-registration is required by October 18th to ensure t-shirts can be aquired in time for all registrants.. On site exceptions for registrations will be considered on a case-by-case basis during the event.

Trailers under 20' are allowed on the observing field even if rain is in the forecast (see the "Observing Field" page for details). If you need power and water for your trailer, it is highly suggested that you make a reservation at the park's campground area and do it well in advance as the spots do fill up since they are available to us and the public.

If you have a trailer over 20' you MUST either camp in the designated campground for the park or there will be 5 spots available to park at the sawmill near the observing field. The campground fills up many months in advance so make your reservations early. If it hasn't rained before the event the park MAY work with us and let the campers larger than 20' on the observing field.

Camping Rates:

The rates below are for people choosing to camp at the campground. This is separate from the ECSP registration cost. The ECSP registration covers your camping cost if you camp on the observing field and NOT in the campground.

• Primitive Camping (tents ONLY and trailers not requiring Electric, Water or Sewage) - $20/night, per campsite.
• R/V Units with Electric & Water but no Sewage - $30/night, per campsite.
• R/V Units requiring Electric, Water & Sewage - $40/night, per campsite.
